My brothers fiancée is about to start up a baking company. She makes awesome cupcakes, and we have been lucky enough to indulge in her creations for a while. This week though she took a big step and brought a domain name, cherryredbakery and I was asked to create a cherry design for the holding page.
This was what I came up with. I think it resembles a kitsch sort of feel which works with Kelly’s baking style.
I can’t wait for it all to be up and running!

Last week I was contacted via Twitter, by Robin, who is behind Brighton Pod. He said he like my work, and would I be interested in joining Brighton Pod. I immediately checked out the site, and was impressed! It is such a good looking website that really focuses on the products, and I was eager to be a part of it.
This is what Brighton Pod is about according to the site:
A shopping portal dedicated to promoting the work of Britain’s most talented independent designers and craftspeople – Brighton POD is the fast, simple and ethical alternative to shopping in our franchise-choked high streets.
Well, who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?!
Robin sent me some info, and I applied officially through the site, and today I posted my first items up! I am looking forward to a fruitful and exciting relationship with Brighton Pod!
I will be creating some exclusive geometric prints especially for the shop so keep your eyes peeled for those 😀

I was featured in the Creature Mag’s ongoing feature, called ‘3 Tweeting Illustrators’. Its aim is to highlight illustrators who make good use of social media to promote their work.”
Thank’s to the people behind Creature Mag for including me in their article.
